The Moeller Freshman traveled to North Bend Road to take on the Bombers of St. Xavier HS.

It was the Crusaders who put on a hitting performance, banging out 15 hits on the day.

Moeller scored in bunches. Top of the 2^nd inning, Tyler Zimmerman reached on an error. Jake Gaerke doubled sending Zimmerman to third.

Starting pitcher Teagan Cumberland lined a base hit to right to score Zimmerman and Gaerke.

Fuzz Curran and Adam Holstein also singled to drive Cumberland and Curran home. Moeller 4 St. X 0. 

St. X answered in the bottom of the inning with 5 runs. But it was all Moeller from there. Big Moe posted 3 runs in the top of the 3^rd and 5 more in the 4^th inning. 

We had many hitting stars today. Jake Gaerke was 4 for 4 with 2 doubles and 2 RBIs. Teagan Cumberland had a career day going 4 for 4 with a double and 5 RBIs. 

Fuzz Curran was 3 for 3 with a walk. Carson Shroyer 2 for 2 with 1 RBI. JayC Stonestreet and Adam Holstein each contributed a base hit.

Teagan Cumberland picked up the win on the mound tossing 4.1 innings and Jack Ujvagi pitched the final 2.2 innings. 

The Moeller Freshman record goes to (16-4) and (5-3) to tie for the lead in the GCL.
