The Moeller Freshman team suffered their first loss of the year to GCL South opponent the La Salle Lancers.  

The Crusaders were held hitless until Tyler Zimmerman led off the bottom of the 7^th inning with a double. 

The next 2 batters flew out to left field and struck out and Moeller was down to their last out. Carson Curran walked and stole second base to put the winning run on second base with 2 outs. 

Teagan Cumberland was then hit by the pitch to load the bases. Moeller's last batter popped up to the pitcher to end the game. 

Josh Adelsperger pitched 4 innings, allowing 2 runs, both earned, on 5 hits, 2 walks and 5 strikeouts.   

Teagan Cumberland pitched the last 3 innings allowing no runs on 1 hit, 2 walks, and 3 strikeouts.  

The Moeller Freshman record goes to 1-1 and 0-1 in the GCL.
