The Crusaders started this game in the same manner as yesterday vs. LaSalle with a 5 run first inning.
Adam Holstein led off the game with a base hit and scored on
Kayde Ridley's double to the wall. With 1 out,
Jake Gaerke bombed a triple to score Ridley,
Teagan Cumberland singled and
Camden Broadnax cranked Moeller's second triple of the inning to score Cumberland.
Walks to
Carson Curran, Dante Ware loaded the bases and
Adam Holstein in his second at-bat of the inning walked to score Broadnax and Moeller's 5
th run.
Hitting leaders for Moeller were
Adam Holstein who finished 2 for 3 with a walk,
Kayde Ridley 2 for 3 with 3 RBI's and a double and walk,
Teagan Cumberland 3 for 4 with a RBI,
Camden Broadnax 2 for 2 with a triple, 2 walks and2 RBI's.
