MOELLER 1 LAKOTA WEST 5
 
Lakota West (15-4) knocked off Moeller (14-5) 5-1 at the Schuler Sports Complex. The Firebirds scored three runs off starter Michael Ramsey (RHP) in the second inning by putting together three hits, a walk and a hit batter.
 
West made it 5-0 in the fourth inning when they collected three more hits and a walk. Alex Dicke (RHP) came in from the Moeller bullpen in the fifth inning and pitched three scoreless innings.
 
The Moeller defense was solid committing only one error, but five walks and three hit batters gave the visitors to many extra baserunners.
 
Three West pitchers limited the Moeller batters to seven hits and three walks. Andrew Boudreau (2B) and Alex Dicke (3B/P) each had a double to lead the Crusaders hitters.
 
The JVs are at Schuler Sports Complex for a Wednesday game (5:00) vs LaSalle and Friday (4:30) vs CHCA. The Crusaders complete their week's play with a Saturday game at Anderson. First pitch is 4:00.
