The Freshman Crusaders traveled to the west side of Cincinnati to take on the Oak Hills Highlanders. 

It was one of their closest games of the year. Luke Sobolewski and Tommy Clemandot held them in check.  

Sobolewski pitched the first 5 innings, allowing the Highlanders their only run of the game, an unearned run on 1 hit with 2 walks and 2 strikeouts, to pick up the win. 

Clemandot tossed the last 2 innings of shutout baseball on 1 hit and 2 strikeouts.   

Moeller scored 1 run in the top of the 1^st inning on a leadoff single by Reggie Watson III who then stole second. 

With 1 out, Ronnie Allen singled Watson home for the run.

In the 2^nd inning, CJ Gilpin collected the 1^st of 2 hits, Will Brenzel reached on a fielders choice, Caleb Williams received his first of 3 walks, and with bases loaded Watson hit a sac fly to centerfield to score Gilpin. 

Moeller's 3^rd run came on a leadoff 5^th inning triple by Ronnie Allen and an dropped fly ball off the bat on Will Schlake to score Allen.  

The final Crusader run was a bases loaded walk by Reggie Watson III with Maddox Nelson, who had walked, CJ Gilpin who reached on his 2^nd hit of the game and a Brody Schmidt walk.  

The Moeller Freshman record stands at (15-0) and (5-0) to lead the GCL.
