The Moeller Frosh resumed GCL play yesterday taking on the Bombers of St. Xavier.  

Luke Sobolewski started on the mound and tossed 4 innings giving up 2 runs on 5 hits with 3 walks and 3 strikeouts. 

John Stallo followed with 2 innings of 3 run, 3 hit baseball and 2 walks and 1 strikeouts.  

Reggie Watson III tossed the last 2 innings to pick up the Crusader win facing the minimum 6 batters with 1 strikeout.  

Moeller scored first in the bottom of the 1^st inning.  

Back to back walks to Reggie Watson III and Zac Wittenauer. Ricky Maschinot grounded out to 3^rd to score Watson and Connor Maupin doubled to score Wittenauer to put Moe up 2-0.  

X scored 2 in the top of the 2^nd inning to tie the game at 2. 

With Moeller down 5-4 going to the bottom of the 6^th inning, the Crusaders tie the game at 5 when Carter Matthews walks and advances on a fielders choice by Thomas Zimmerman and base hit by Reggie Watson III, which set up a sac fly off the bat of Zac Wittenauer to score Matthews.  

Moeller scored the winning run in the bottom of the 8^th inning on a sac fly from Reggie Watson III to score Carter Matthews from third base.  

The Moeller record goes to (9-0) and (2-0) to lead the GCL.
