Recap: Toby Hueber and The Moeller Crusaders Shut Out Lebanon.
Toby Hueber didn't allow a single run against Lebanon, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Moeller to a 10-0 victory on Saturday.
In the first inning, the Crusaders got their offense started. An error scored one run for Moeller.
Moeller tallied four runs in the second inning.
Clay Burdette,
Nathan Manley, and
Connor Christenson all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.
A single by Jack Cecil in the first inning was a positive for Lebanon.
Hueber was credited with the victory for the Crusaders. Hueber surrendered zero runs on five hits over six innings, striking out two and walking one.
Will Bittman took the loss for Lebanon. The hurler surrendered six runs on four hits over one and two-thirds innings, striking out two.
Manley went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Moeller in hits. The Crusaders were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Burdette made the most plays with ten.
Cecil led Lebanon with two hits in three at bats.
