Recap: Moeller Grabs Lead in Seventh Inning for Victory Over La Salle! 
 
Moeller ran off with the lead late in the game in a 4-2 victory over La Salle on Monday. The game was tied at two with the Crusaders batting in the top of the seventh when Conlan Daniel hit a solo homer.
 
La Salle got things started in the first inning. La Salle scored one run when Mick O'Connor singled.
 
In the top of the third inning, Moeller tied things up at one when Toby Hueber's sac fly scored one run for the Crusaders.
 
Sam Scuglik was the winning pitcher for Moeller. The ace went one inning, allowing zero runs on zero hits, striking out one and walking zero. Carson Marsh threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. Marsh recorded the last three outs to earn the save for the Crusaders.
 
Nicholas Heffron took the loss for La Salle. The bulldog went six and a third innings, allowing three runs on five hits and striking out seven.
 
Kellan Klosterman started the game for the Crusaders. The right hander lasted five innings, allowing two hits and two runs while striking out six
 
Moeller hit one home run on the day. Daniel went for the long ball in the seventh inning.
 
Moeller tallied five hits on the day. Daniel and Hueber both had multiple hits for the Crusaders. Hueber and Daniel each collected two hits to lead Moeller. 

The Crusaders stole nine bases during the game as three players stole more than one. Daniel led the way with three.
