Moeller took home an 8-3 victory over Highlands on Wednesday. 

The Crusaders got things moving in the first inning, when Charlie Niehaus's sac fly scored one run for Moeller. 

Toby Hueber was the winning pitcher for the Crusaders. Hueber lasted four innings, allowing four hits and two runs while striking out six. 

Zion Theophilus threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen. Theophilus recorded the last nine outs to earn the save for the Crusaders.

Hendrix took the loss for Highlands. The pitcher surrendered five runs on five hits over three innings, striking out five.

Moeller collected 11 hits. Ethan Sweat, Connor Christenson, CJ Richard, and Clay Burdette all had multiple hits for the Crusaders. Burdette, Richard, Christenson, and Sweat each collected two hits to lead the team. 

Moeller tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Keelan Daniel led the way with two.

Schneider went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Highlands in hits. Kelsey made the most plays with six.

Moeller improves to (20-2) on the season with a matchup vs Lakota West looming.
