Moeller defeated Sycamore 10-3 thanks to a very strong start. The Crusaders scored on an error, a single by Blane Schmitt, and a single by Conner Christenson in the first inning.

Clay Burdette earned the victory on the mound for the Crusaders. Burdette allowed four hits and three runs over four innings, striking out four. Nolan Krekeler threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen. Krekeler recorded the last nine outs to earn the save in his first action with Varsity! 

Dar Khodadad took the loss for Sycamore. The lefty went five innings, allowing ten runs on seven hits and striking out two.

Moeller launched one home run on the day and it was inside the park! Toby Hueber had a four bagger in the fourth inning. 

Moeller tallied seven hits in the game. Hueber and Schmitt each racked up multiple hits for the Crusaders. Schmitt and Hueber each collected two hits to lead Moeller.

The Crusaders were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Finn Ellis made the most plays with seven.

Moeller improves to (14-1), (5-1) in the GCL South.
