Moeller grabs win #10 knocking off Hughes last night at home.

After a slower start in the 1st quarter, the Crusaders found themselves only up 7 at the end of 1. 

However, Moeller turned up the intensity in the 2nd quarter and started to pull away. 

The Crusaders proceeded to outscore Hughes 49-21 over the final 3 quarters. 

One major key to victory was the way Moeller was able to control the glass out rebounding Hughes 32-9. 

Junior forward Alex Kazanecki lead the way for Moeller in the scoring department finishing with a team high 20 points. 

Kingston Land added 12 points and a team high 6 rebounds to go along with Kazanecki's hot shooting. 

Look for the Crusaders to keep the defensive intensity high headed into Friday night's GCL South tussle. 

Elder (11-1) heads to Moeller High School for a huge matchup with Moeller (10-1). 

The Crusaders officially open up GCL South play this Friday vs. the Elder Panthers. 

Tip is scheduled for 7:30pm (Freshman: 4:30pm, JV: 6:00pm).
