The Crusaders had a chance on the final play but came up just short falling to Lakewood St. Edward 28-21.

The game was scoreless after the 1st quarter. However, St. Edward scored 21 points in the 2nd to take a 21-0 halftime lead. 

Big Moe would rally in the 2nd half outscoring the Eagles 21-7. 

An impressive comeback by the Crusaders proved to be to little to late. 

Moeller had a shot on the final play but the pass was broken up in the back of the end zone. 

The Crusaders fall to (5-4) this season with one regular season game remaining before the playoffs. 

Next up, Moeller travels to Detroit, Michigan for a Friday night matchup with MLK.
