Jake Madsen will enter his third year in the program as a freshman coach. This will be his first year as the head coach of the freshman team. Jake is a proud 2011 Moeller graduate. As a pitcher and first baseman, he won GCL Player of the Year, was First Team All-State, and Louisville Slugger First Team All American. He continued playing baseball at Ohio University, starting as a first baseman all four years. He won first team all-conference. He set the Ohio University All Time Hit Record and played in the Cape Cod Baseball Summer league where he earned a spot in the All-Star Game and was First Team All Cape League. Away from baseball, Jake currently works in the pharmaceutical industry in the Greater Cincinnati area and currently resides in Loveland with his wife Maeve.
