Coach Cydrus enters his fourth season as the varsity pitching coach and his tenth season with Moeller. Dave served three seasons as the JV pitching coach after spending three years as the freshman pitching coach. Dave had a very successful baseball career at Otterbein University, where he pitched for four years. During his sophomore season he set the school ERA record with a 1.46 ERA. Coach Cydrus earned all OAC honors and all OAC tournament honors throughout his career with Otterbein.

David graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. He currently is an insurance agent for AssuredPartners and lives with his wife, Abby.
