The Crusaders remain a perfect (6-0) at home this season after a thrilling win against the Bombers.
Moeller was led by sophomore guard
Bubba Donald who finished with a team high and game high 18 points.
Donald went 6-10 from the field, 1-2 from three, and added 3 assists to help lead Big Moe to victory.
Freshman
Carson Trenz gave the Crusaders a boost off the bench with 10 points including a late clutch 3 pointer.
Other leading scorers include:
Jayden Davis (8 points),
Danny Kelly (7 points), and
Karson Lang (5 points)
On defense, Big Moe was lead by junior big man
Eyobel Abraham, who finished with 7 blocks and a steal.
Senior guard
Karson Lang also came up HUGE with 3 steals including the game sealing steal in the final seconds.
Big Moe was able to win the battle on the glass out rebounding X 30-19, the Crusaders finished with 10 offensive rebounds.
Next up for Big Moe is their second GCL South road test of the season at the La Salle Lancers.
Moeller at La Salle is scheduled for this Friday, January 30 at 7:30 PM (Frosh: 4:30pm, Junior Varsity: 6:00pm).
