Moeller went down to UC yesterday evening and left with a shutout victory over GCL South rival Elder. 

The Crusaders improve to (12-0), (3-0) in the GCL South after another dominant pitching performance by Zion Theophilus. 

Theophilus was excellent in this matchup pitching a complete game shutout in only 70 pitches. 

The junior LSU commit even touched 97mph on the gun to secure his final strikeout of the game.

With the win, Big Moe sets a NEW program record for the best start in school history at (12-0).

Zion is your Reds Futures High School Showcase MVP after his performance yesterday vs. the Panthers. 



The Crusaders and the Panthers will run it back on Wednesday, April 17 at Moeller's Kremchek Stadium. 

First pitch is scheduled for 5:00pm. This is the 3rd and final meeting between Moeller and Elder this season. 

Big Moe is now (2-0) vs Elder this year as the Crusaders will try for the season sweep on Wednesday.
