With the GCL South Championship on the line Friday night at Nippert Stadium the Crusaders rolled to victory.
Big Moe jumped all over the Panthers in the first half scoring the first 28 points of the game.
Junior quarterback
Matt Ponatoski was locked in finishing 19-22 for 311 yards and 3 touchdowns.
The Crusaders were also dominant on the ground out rushing the Panthers by over 130 yards.
Junior running back
Tyler Josleyn led the way for Big Moe finishing with 98 yards on 17 carries.
Greylo Coach also gave the Crusaders some production out of the backfield finishing with 56 yards rushing.
Ponatoski once again was able to spread the wealth on offense, 6 different Crusaders recorded a reception.
On defense, the Crusaders were suffocating holding Elder under 200 total yards of offense.
Senior linebacker
Jonah Hayes was in the backfield early and often finishing with 2 sacks and 4 tackles.
Moeller was flying around on defense against the Panthers, 18 Crusaders registered a tackle.
The Crusaders will need to carry this defensive intensity up to Cleveland Ohio next Friday night.
Moeller travels to Byers Field at Robert M Boulton Stadium for a match up with Cleveland St. Ignatius.
