Moeller rallies late to defeat St. Vincent-St. Mary at King James Arena. 

The Crusaders are (3-0) this season with a massive showdown at Withrow this Friday, December 15. 

Game Recap: 

Moeller escaped Akron, OH this past Saturday with a big time road victory. 

The Crusaders got out to a slow start in this one and found themselves down by 7 at the break. 

The guys were able to turn it around in the 2nd half thanks to big performances from multiple Crusaders. 

Senior Eric Mahaffey (Akron commit) finished with 16 points, 6 rebounds, 1 block, and 1 steal. 

Junior forward Alex Kazanecki added 15 points, 8 rebounds, and a blocked shot to help propel Big Moe to victory. 

Kyle Havens and Roman Mason were also excellent on Saturday effecting both ends of the floor. 

Mason was an absolute tear defensively, adding 3 steals, and a blocked shot on top of his 8 points.

The Crusaders battled all the way back to tie up the game at 49 with just 4 minutes remaining. 

From that point on Moeller went on a 7-2 run to close out the Fighting Irish 56-51. 

In true Moeller Crusader fashion, this team never gave up and kept battling. 

Moeller improves to (3-0) this season with big wins over Princeton and SVSM.
