Box Score St. Xavier Recap:

After lots of confusion as to where this massive rivalry game would take place, it was finally decided that the guys would face off on St. Xavier's home turf! 

With that decision, brought a huge home crowd for the Bombers. The environment Saturday afternoon was truly electric for an early season lacrosse matchup.

However, even with the crazy home crowd. The Crusaders were able to escape Bomber territory with a huge win. 

The guys got out to a slow start in this one and found themselves down 3-6 at the half. 

Head Coach Mark Lynch and the guys never panicked. Instead, Big Moe came out in the 2nd half with entirely different approach and attitude. 

Moeller was able to battle their way back to tie the game up before scoring two more goals in the 4th quarter to seel the victory. 

Not only was the offensive attack clicking on all cylinders in the 2nd half, but the defense was suffocating as well. 

The Crusaders did a great job of taking care of possession in the 2nd half, while forcing X into some turnovers at very key points in the game.

Between the fast, in your face defense and the high powered Crusaders offense. Moeller was able to outlast the Bombers and leave with a 8-6 come from behind W! 

Moeller's next game is another road test against the Mason Comets on Wednesday.
